Pop Star Chika Ike Actress shares story of how she never liked her body while growing up

Chika Ike is thinking back on the past when she was thin and got called names and how it later ended up favoring her.

Chika Ike has a standout amongst the most respected physical make-ups in media outlets yet the on-screen character didn't care for her body while growing up. 

The Nollywood star made this known by means of her Instagram page on Monday, April 2, 2018, where she discussed how she wasn't certain of her body amid her high school years and furthermore got tormented and called all kind of names. 

"I never enjoyed my body growing up and was continually harassed about it. I was so thin and was the tallest in my class. I never anticipated morning gathering since I'll need to remain at the back of the class or class introductions to discuss "your closest companion " on the grounds that I'll be portrayed as the thin young lady. I can recall eating different types of things to put on weight, however, nothing worked, I extremely pined for to have some tissue on me. I was called a wide range of names like Lepa, thin young lady and Agric chicken since I was so thin and tall," she said

"If you want to make changes or improvements let it not be because of pressure or people’s unconscious bias about you.Do it for you. You should hold your pen and draw your life plan... Do you... Mind your business.....Run your race. Do not let anyone define you or rush you with their timeline. We all have different stories, journeys, and different clocks. You are you and that is your power!  ❤️," she concluded.
